Hosting and server log files
The website is delivered by Amazon Web Services (AWS EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg) from the Frankfurt data centre (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront). When you visit, technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser type and referrer are processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after a short time.
Downloads (Ramadan calendars)
The PDF files are served through Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; data stored in the EU) under files.bmcag.eu. On download Cloudflare processes the IP address for delivery; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
No cookies, no analytics, no external fonts
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads fonts exclusively from its own server.
Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@bmcag.eu.
